What we adapted, and why

"Slow Sunday mornings" became Friday mornings: the weekend in Saudi Arabia starts on Friday, so that's the lazy morning shoppers picture.
"When the nights turn crisp" became winter nights. The Gulf doesn't have an autumn chill, but winter evenings are cool.
The size is converted from inches to centimetres (270 × 235 cm), and "King" is kept as كينج, the term Gulf bedding stores use.
The price is converted from $240 to 900 Saudi riyals (1 USD = 3.75 SAR), in Western digits.
The brand name stays in Latin letters, as Gulf shoppers expect from international brands.
