What we collect

When you request a free preview, we collect your name, work email, your store or app link, and the market you want to sell in. When you become a client, we also keep invoices and the files we deliver to you.

How we use it

We use this information to create your preview, reply to you, deliver the work you order, and send invoices. We may send you a small number of follow-up emails about your preview. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the services we need to run LaunchGulf: our form provider (Web3Forms) to receive preview requests, our email provider to talk to you, AI translation tools to draft text from your public store content, and our payment provider to process invoices.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so no data is sent to font providers.

How long we keep it

Preview requests that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@launchgulf.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
