What we provide

LaunchGulf writes Arabic versions of online stores, apps and app store listings, and reviews right-to-left layouts. The exact scope of each project is listed in your quote or on our pricing page.

Free preview

The free preview is a sample of our work with no obligation to buy. You may keep and use the preview whether or not you order.

Payment

One-time projects are paid 50% before we start and 50% when you approve the delivery. Arabic Care is billed monthly in advance and you can cancel before the next billing date. Prices are in US dollars.

Revisions and approval

Each project includes one round of revisions requested within 14 days of delivery. If we don't hear from you within 14 days, the delivery is treated as approved.

Refunds

If we haven't started work, we refund your upfront payment in full. Once work has started, the upfront payment covers work already done and is not refundable. Arabic Care payments for the current month are not refundable.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to the content you send us. Once paid in full, you own the Arabic text we deliver for your project. We may show short excerpts as examples of our work only with your permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to deliver accurate, natural Arabic, but you are responsible for reviewing and publishing it. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
